Worst Service Ever

This company's service is so bad you get the idea they are trying to lose customers. The frustration is beyond words. We pay for internet all year long just to use aprox. 4 months out of the year, yet never is working when we get here. The worst part of this is it has now been a week trying to get the problem resolved and finally getting a appointment for a service call. We were told between 12:00 and 5:00 but probably the 1st call since no others were scheduled. We have been sitting waiting all day for someone to show and is now 5:00 with not a word. We had a very similar experience our last visit along with complaints from renters in between. Dealing with this company we were told 6 different times that they would call us back because no one seemed to know what to do or anything about our complaints the previous day. NOT ONE RETURNED CALL.
Update...it is now Friday a week and a day from our original call and are told they made a mistake entering the service calls and several people were left hanging. They refused to send anyone out today because are not in the area.
Really! We are now told it will be Monday. Stay tuned
