This company is unprofessional, degrading, and inappropriate. They also have questionable methods and are lacking the proper licenses to operate in California. Methods include: illegal charges, hanging up on customers, insulting and verbally attacking customers personal self, and lying to cover their tracks. If you ever have to deal with them, make sure you get a signed contract. They also blatantly self-promote throughout multiple sites on the internet.
