Terrible! I thought they would help me with my credit card companys, I ended up getting served. They did not do as promised, not to mention they keep 50% of the money, so you might as well just work with the credit card companys. The Agent Mike Ramirez told me he had 40 calls plus which is why he didn;t return my calls, and 300 plus faxes. BEWARE they rate F on the BBB for a reason.
