I do have a concern regarding Back in Five's sales practices involving senior citizens. Upon the death of my mother in law, we looked at my father in law's finances and spending. Apparently, he bought a "joint relief supplement" and viewed it as a one time purchase. Well, more boxes arrived and due to his age, he lost track of what the boxes were for or that they were billed to his credit card. We found eight unopened boxes and after some effort, the company agreed to stop the shipments but would not accept any returns of any unopened boxes. After reading consumer reviews of this firm's "back 2 life" product, I cannot help but feel there may be a pattern emerging. This business needs to review its sales practices involving the elderly or fixed income people.
