My software worked at first, but I quickly had problems that their tech support could never resolve. I asked for a refund, however was told that you can only get a refund within 3 days of your purchase. It worked for 3 days, then it was nothing but problem after problem. I was finally told that if I purchase more of their product they could fix my issues. I am being held hostage by awareness technologies. If I want their software to work as advertised, then they require that I spend more money. What kind of crap is that? I am also reporting them the the Attorney General. DO NOT PURCHASE THEIR SOFTWARE.
