Avid Law Center saved my home! They went above and beyond when it came to helping me with my file and dealing with Chase . Colleen Sherman was my case manager and she worked extremely hard on my file and modification. She continuously pushed backed with Chase throughout the process. When Chase declined my request and placed a sale date on my home, I figured it was over. But then Colleen involved Kathy Alves and between the two of them diligently fighting on my behalf, I am happy to say I am still in my home and now have a great interest rate and payment I can afford. I highly recommend Avid to anyone that has had no luck with their lender and are looking for a company with staff members who are true consumer advocates and most of all CARE!
