Finally I got my money back from these sleaze balls!!!!!!! Contact your credit card company or bank immediately and tell them that the charge was NOT authorized by you and they should begin investigating it. Celeb White Teeth is a SCAM and they are owned by Avayo Media, LLC. You can find their address on the BBB page. Their direct office phone number in Miami, Florida is 786-230-3738. When you call them, remember that you can request a physical copy of the terms and conditions that YOU agreed to. Them telling you to get it off the website is unacceptable because they can change those terms posted on the site at anytime. You have the right to demand that they send you the terms that YOU agreed to. Be persistent and file a complaint with every organization you possibly can (i.e. Better Business Bureau, Florida State Attorney General, Federal Trade Commission, County of Miami-Dade's Consumer Services department, etc..). FILE THESE COMPLAINTS PRIOR TO CALLING THEM OVER AND OVER AT THE MIAMI BASED NUMBER I LISTED ABOVE, BECAUSE IF YOU DON’T THEY WILL TRY TO TALK YOU OUT OF FILING THOSE COMPLAINTS BY TELLING YOU THEY’LL ONLY TAKE CARE OF YOU IF DON’T FILE THOSE COMPLAINTS. Once you have filed those complaints then call the Miami based number above over and over and over until they answer (it took me about 20 minutes of calling over and over without leaving a message) and politely tell the guy that answers that you’ll possibly consider withdrawing those complaints once you see that your money has been returned to you bank account. Collectively being persistent with all of those steps that I've mentioned above is the only way for us to put on this sleaze ball’s business. I know that persistence takes time, but it's our duty as fellow citizens to help prevent these scam artists from preying on other citizens in the future.
