When I arrive 20 minutes before my appointment so that I can have time to fill out forms, I noticed the whole waiting room was full. THAT SHOULD BE YOUR FIRST SIGN...
Several people got to talking about the fact that they had been there for an hour, some for two hours. All waiting to be seen.
I filled out my papers, and sat in the optician's area because there was no seat in the general waiting room.
80 minutes later, I was not called, so I went to ask at the desk, and she said I had 3 people in front of me.
I walked out.
