Very unprofessional. Gve them a deposit on or about 08/2007, the CO on the pool was obtained on 10/2008 (because I called and scheduled it) as the permit had expired. Called them and emailed them, no response. Pool depth is wrong and I requested a salt water system and chlorine was installed. Pavers for deck are still not cone, they are still stacked up on the side of my home. Very poor customer service by John (aka THe pool guy) and Roddy the owner. WOUld not recommend. Currently filed a complaint with the BBB and will be filing one with the state as well.
The one star rating below is because it was the lowest. Truthfully based on my experience they are not worthy of a star at all.
