This is the less trustful company. I placed an order one week before 14th of February to present a gift to my wife assuming that I will receive the order After 48 hours. After two weeks I received nothing, I tried to call customer service but no one answered at all, and I left massages but none called me back> I had to cancel the order at the end... And my wife got no gift for 14th of Feb. who will compensate?

This particular order was billing to a different country than it was shipping to. We do use a third party verification system to verify any International orders. Our verification system would not let us process the order on the basis that it had a large chance of being a fraudulent order.
We did try to contact the customer but the phone number that was provided but were unable to contact the customer.
We did cancel the order since we were unable to make contact with the customer and we had reason to believe that this was a fraudulent order made with a stolen credit card.
We go to great lengths to protect ourselves and our potential customers against identity theft.
We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
