wonderful stones, careful craftsmanship and superior customer service
I purchased several items from Angara and I am happy with all of them. The stones look gorgeous every time and the pieces are well made. I saw that there are some negative reviews about the customer service, but it was not my experience at all. Once I discovered that a stud on the earrings was placed in a wrong place after the return period had passed - I contacted Barbara and she sent me a return shipping slip and within a few days I had the earrings replaced. On another occasion, I ordered pearl pendant and then later (a different order) a ring and earrings. The pearls from different orders were looking a little different - again, Barbara was there to help replace and make them look the same. I also want to shut out to Ankit, who has been also very helpful when I was contacting "chat" needing to return or replace pieces on several occasions. I always feel bad asking to replace something, because the pieces are hand-made, are made to order, and the craftmanship is superb. But, of course, if you don't love it, then it is very important to know that you do not have to keep a piece worth several hundreds. In my experience their customer service has been excellent. A little about the website - just compare the quality of the pictures on it to other retailers to see the difference! I also like a lot the possibility to choose the metal, stone size, and the stone quality. You can easily customize your item based on your budget and don't settle for just something that the store has in stock. I highly recommend it.
