Review 12/2/2010

. I was one of the 12 passengers that were provided transportation from the above company on Saturday, November 20, 2010. When first approached with the cost and quote for service from one of the company's owner's Eddie, we were told $600 for 5 hours (12:00pm thru 5:00pm). This quote covered a particular vehicle with amenities for a specific amount of time. When we were picked up at 12:30pm on 11/20/10, the vehicle sent was a Lincoln Navigator, that fit 14. The fully stocked refreshment bar was empty, minus 2 cans of soda. Next, the Ipod dock said to be provided was missing and CD player was broken. Also missing was the X Box 360. Next we come to the neon lighting disco floor and strobes, fog, etc...there was barely room to stand and definitely no dance floor, no strobes and no fog machine as described and pictured on their website and guaranteed within our quote for the vehicle. To make matters worse, our driver was completely incompetent and unfamiliar with the surrounding area. We hired a limo service for an afternoon of wine tastings through several vineyards. The website and services said that it specialized in vineyard tours throughout Temecula, CA. Our driver not only wasted our time by driving us around in circles, literally, but then got lost on our final drop off and left us in a parking lot, in the pouring rain, blocks from where our dinner reservation was for that evening.the service described, quoted and booked was a false statement and advertisement. The actual service that was provided was nowhere close in value, relation or description of the limo company's promise of service. I was completely dissatisfied with the entire experience and service from An Extreme Dream Limo.
