Ameritel Services is billing for 900 calls made from an office that does not have people in it during the day.9May 28, 2010 This is a dairy farm where they are out working cows during the day. This was clearly done in error or crossing of lines And Ameritel will not hear what the local phone office has to say or the customer. Ameritel has tried to convince the customer that someone "walked" by his office And used his office phone without his knowledge. Farm is a ways out of town..And twenty plus driving minutes from any big town. Someone would be walking a long way And really could not make it into this office with out being noticed. Ameritel has been short snappy And rude. I would not do business with these people unless you want customers harassed And wrongfully billed. There has been a complaint to the better business bur. And anyone who will listen. Customer number N900991744. It is understandable that people make these calls and feel the charges are outrageous and get mad but when the call is not made there has to be a way that this company can work with a customer to fix the problem.
