With 9 production high speed inkjets, we go through a lot of ink. Throughout the years, we've had numerous ink vendors. We use different inks to maximize productivity based on the substrates (uncoated vs. gloss or matte with and without aqueous). Our cartridge based inkjets previously required infrared dryers. Presently we're running faster with less wiping of the heads and overall darker rich print without having to use the dryers. Also, the recycling program is great. We've had great luck using the APM inks and suggest you give them a shot as well.
