Terrible company! They are bait and switch artists. They told me all kinds of ways they would help, promised loan modification. Sent me a package with a long list of documents that I needed to send, and said it all had to be done by the time that the fed ex got to my home 2 days later to pick up the paperwork.
They rushed and pressured me to at least send back the signed contract so that they could legally intercede with the bank on my behalf. They convinced me that the paper work was "everything we talked about on the phone". But buried in the paper work was statements that they were not guaranteeing any positive outcome, and charging double the fee amount quoted on the phone. They are deceptive, and hide behind the fact that you should have read the paperwork- and convince you that you are not supposed to talk to anyone but them.
a direct quote from one of the many "case managers" assigned to my case:
""As of yesterday I have been assigned to your case, please be advised I will be your direct contact for the review of the loan modification. I will be speaking directly to your lender and requesting information your lender needs. I have reviewed your file and the following documents need to be faxed no later than 4days from this message.""
Stay away warn everyone you know- these people use the law to help them scam you.
