I engaged American Law Firm to complete a loan modification, they stated they would refund all money if i did not receive it. Working with them for 2+ months was difficult as no one had accurate information and my case manager changed 3 times! Each time they blamed mistakes on the prior case manager. After writing them a check for almost $2,000 they asked me for more money, when it wasn' even due yet. When i asked them status they said it was still being processed (to this date my lenders still ahvent received all needed documents). When i called to speak with Mr. Hedding i was hung up by one of his employees on and then said he didnt have voicemail. Needless to say i did not receive a loan mod and i am out $2,000. Just an FYI and a heads up that i would not recommend them at all; they are only out to collect fees and do not care about you at all. Also, a week after they terminated my case they emailed and said it could be reinstated if i send them more money, unbelievable!
