We have recently closed a mortgage with American Interbanc. Our loan officer was always on top of things, the process was streamlined, and we were able to close in less than 30 days. We got the rate we were promised. Real estate agents on both sides were impressed by speed and efficiency of American Interbanc. Overall, a very positive experience, I won't hesitate to get another loan or refinance with them.
