I placed an order on 12/30/12 for 2 day express delivery. By 1/3/13 the Order had still not arrived. I needed it by 1/4/13 because I was going away that afternoon. I contacted them and was told that the order was not processed because of the holiday. Never have I heard of both News Years Eve and New Years Day being a holiday, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I said that it therefore should have been shipped on the 2nd, the day after the holiday, and that the website even shows this as the estimated delivery date. The estimated receipt date, however, is the 7th of January!! I was dumbfounded. I asked why this was the case, and they again said it was because of the holiday. I said the holiday has been over for 2 days now, and that even if the item was shipped today (the 3rd), how come the 2 day delivery I paid for will not get it here till the 7th (5 days later)? They had no answer except to say that they cannot guarantee delivery dates. What?? Not only are they terrible at what they do, but they are idiots to boot. I said that I need it by tomorrow and asked that it be shipped to me today via overnight mail, and they said they cannot do that. It was almost as if I did not exist, and that my business meant nothing to them. A supervisor was supposed to call me back, but never did. I ended up cancelling my order with them. I think Jonathan F. below either works for the company or knows someone who works there because there is no way they will do an overnight order for you on the same day. Believe me I tried several times.
