My boyfriend was in a terrible accident near Goffs Road on I-40 and totaled his car, Honda Element. When the police came they had the car towed to the nearest towing yard, using this company. My boyfriend asked for the quote on site, and their employee quoted $380.00 towing fees (which is already expensive because the towing yard was 5 miles away). The next day when we called the company to settle the fee, we spoke with the manager, Shelly, who told us in a very abrupt way that the towing fee, not including storage, would be $680.00. She refused to give the breakdown of the fee and just said that "my men were working there for 5 hours". That was incorrect since the towing process took about an hour, if so. She refused to discuss the mater any further, was not compassionate or helpful in any way, and tried to take advantage of the situation, which was already rather sad. We had no choice but call the police office and ask them for help. After their phone call the price magically went down to $380.00. But considering with how the company behaved in this situation, I would not recommend it to an enemy.
