The company sells electronic parts and components to the public. They shipped my order and charged me for a full shipment. Their shipping fees are high for standard mail service. My order arrived with missing critical parts. After 5 email attempts I began using State and Federal agencies to try and resolve the problem. The California Better Business Bureau contacted this company and informed them of my complaint. They admitted their mistake and poor web service performance. They are now planning to change their web service provider. BUT the General Manager stated he would not take any action, to resolve my problem, until he formally receives the BBB complaint. What does this tell you about the company's attitude. I won't be ordering anything else from this company and advise others not to.
