We ordered an OEM part , which ASAP said they had in stock and would deliver as soon as payment was settled. When payment was settled ASAP said they did NOT have it in stock, but would order the part from the OEM manufacturer, and we had asked the OEM manufacturer and got the answer that it would be 3 weeks before this part was ready for delivery !! So the project was halted for 3 weeks, AND we paid 3 times as much for the part to ASAP, than the list Price from the OEM manufacturer, and we could not push for delivery from the OEM manufacturer because ASAP placed the order first, so we would be second in line to get the part. And ASAP flatly refused to lower the price for the part, and we know they got at roughly the same Price as we could have had it at the OEM manufacturer, and we paid over $5000.00 to ASAP, AND was seriously delayed !!!
