This is a horrible company to work with. The agents did not return my phone calls, did not keep me updated on any progress, and failed to perform according to the contract. I was assured if our mortgage was not modified we would receive our money back in full. I have left countless voice messages for four months now, and no one will respond. I have had three different agents assigned to my case, and all were unhelpful and unresponsive. I have requested from two of them to refund my money, and both ignored me. I have since been trying to contact the manager in charge, and he is also ignoring my calls, faxes and letters. In my opinion, no one should go through the stress we are, especially if you already have financial problems. I wish I had known how bad this company was, and I NEVER would have trusted them. Please don't make my mistake.
