Since they have changed name to 10-4 Security (probably because of prior legal issues under prior name (Spi Group). They have not changed.
They still mistreat employees and over hire. You are promised to issue you a uniform and supplies. and Full Time -- but after you go for a month or more they tell you you have to get your own and you are lucky if you get 2 shifts a week.
They are losing several accounts and have cut employees hours who are trying to feed a family.
IF you are comfortable with
Min wage and unreliable hours, last minute shift changes while being treated horribly -- then this is the job for you!! IF not stay away.
I am sure if some of the clients knew 10-4 was now A+ (As of 2-10-10)with the reputation they have of many poor quality staff and Management I am sure this will change quickly. They will only change their name again when this gets figured out.
