WORST EXPERIENCE

I wish I could give them 0 stars!
I ordered an outdoor set on March and received it on April. One of the Ottomans missed a leg and the table was defective, the table was imbalanced and couldn't stand on it's own. I called them right away and sent them pictures of the items with the receipt and all, they said the items are out of stock and they ordered them for me, should be back in max a month. I have been waiting for over six months now with nothing, I called them over a dozen times, they were always rude and the lady I talked to today almost told me to deal with it because "we don't have any in stock". Now I can't use the set, I basically have 2 chairs and 1 ottoman instead of 5-piece set!
I wonder what takes a company 6 months to order a couple of items to a consumer? It's a spam and their customer service sucks. I regret this purchase!
