A Good review about this company

I've seen a lot of negatives about customer service for this company but thought I'd share my positive experience. I purchased an outdoor table and swivel chair set from Home Depot & we really liked how the table looks and how comfortable the chairs were. The first rain we had we noticed that when the chairs drained the rain water, it was all rusty and poured on my deck. This happened the next time it rained. I posted a review about this on Home Depo's website about this and said I would rate this higher sans the rusty water. About 10 days later, totally unexpected, a very nice young lady from Yotrio (Lana Balterra)emailed me saying they would like to resolve this issue. I provided my contact information and she called me saying they had made a change in the chairs that fixed that problem and would like to send me new chairs. She sent the chairs at no charge and when there were a couple items missing (wrong hardware and bushing) she immediately sent those. I donated the old chairs to a worthy cause and now have the replacement chairs. I do not know if Yotrio is actively being pro-active on addressing customer issues or if this was Lana's initiative but either way they made a satisfied customer out of me!
