Upon cancelling our account we received an e-mail confirmation and instructions for returning the borrowed equipment. We mailed the equipment via FedEx Ground, 2 day, and received a Tracking number for the package. It arrived within the timeline they allow and yesterday our checking account was debited 65 dollars for our "outstanding balance". We have since attempted to contact the company via phone to which you are on hold for an extended period of time. I did not have the time to wait more than 10 minutes. We also have posted our complaint on their website Forum in hopes that the Moderator will help refund the 65 dollars. The Forum runs page after page with similar complaints.
