U.S. Debt Relief does not return my phone calls 75% of the time. On 11/01/10 when I tried calling them their phone number was disconnected. Also, they told me they paid off my American Express account, but I was just served a court paper 11/01/10 regarding the same account. I am not happy at all. I give them an F.
