I called Total Body Experts looking for a treadmill. I had very limited knowledge of exactly what I was looking for, and other than knowing I was looking for a great price, quality, & value in a machine, I didn't expect to speak to a representative, that was so knowledgeable & friendly. I had called a few other places during the day & got the impression that the representatives couldn't wait to go home for the day. I was fortunate to get Aly as a representative, as she asked me several questions & was able to guide me in picking out the perfect machine for me. It turns out the machines I was looking at earlier, weren't really what I was looking for. Now, I can honestly say, that I am happy with the machine she helped me choose & I can't wait to get it delivered. One other thing, she beat the lowest quote I could find by 5%. Thank you Aly!
