Just bought a new car from Sunnyvale Ford. Had a glitch in getting exactly what we wanted. The car we contracted for (which was being transferred from another dealer), we learned after 3 days it was not available. SV Ford already had our trade-in, having given us a loaner, so I was a bit panicky. There was a bit of a bubble in getting it resolved, but they bent over backwards with concessions and in the end we came out better off. They were extremely pleasant to deal with throughout the whole process. I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.
