Rented from the company July 2010. I was 8 months pregnant with a 4 year old and a 2 year old. We paid for an early pick-up only to find the septic tank had not been emptied, had to delay our trip. Two hours into our journey through the desert, we found that the aircondition unit did not work. Upon eating a meal at the table, my sister-in-law actually fell and landed on her tailbone because one of the benches collapsed (it had many nails in it from previous, sloppy attempts to fix it). We drove 12 hours in the horrible heat all crammed up by the driver's seat reaching for cool air. I actually had to continually poor water on my kids' necks to keep them cool. We contacted the company right away, they could have cared less and responded with irritation. We had to stay in hotels throughout the vacation as the RV was not suited for overnight. The microwave did not work. They explained they cannot possibly check everything in RVs as this would take too long. The worst part was that upon returning the RV, they were rude and made us pay an extra 1000 dollars for a dime size scuff mark on the rear bumper. The RV was actually DANGEROUS, NEVER AGAIN, BE CAREFUL if you rent from them!
