I called on a Monday with some basic questions... The gentleman on the phone was friendly, informative, and most important, PATIENT!!! He answered all of my questions, gave me a quote over the phone which was a LOT cheaper than I expected it to be, and told me that the turnaround time would be 2-3 hours.
