I've been scammed...please help!

I also paid over $3000 to RCT in Aprl of 2013. I try to contact them but just get transferred time and time again, after waiting on hold for hours! Nothing has been done with my property and I can never get any answers! It is now July 2014. I was also
told it would only take 6-9 months for the sale to be complete. I see that a lot of people are in the same boat? Maybe a class action lawsuit should be an option? For the person who went to their attorney, did it work? I went to a real estate attorney with
a huge letter I had written to RCT and the BBB and he just said I had been scammed. I am desperate for help. If anyone has any, please let me know!
