ZERO STARS!!! Worst customer service ever experieneced. They wow you with all their awards and free car washes, but the truth is they lie and scheme to get you pay them more money. I was lied to by the used car manager that driving my car wouldn't damage it, when he knew it would damage the engine and transmission. He just sold us the car one week prior and didn;t want to fix the faulty car he gave us. So he lied to me to try and get teh warranty to kick in. We refused to do more damage to the car. Rick Case Honda has had possession of our vehicle since 1/16/2010, and still has it. Tolday 2/25/2010, I found out that they drove my car for 750 miles without permission over a week and a half time period to activate teh warranty doing mor edamage to my car in the process. No there are numerous problems with my car. The entire time they were driving the car around,, they we telling us it was in peices and undrivable becuase the ywere waiting for parts to come in. I have recieve toll violation notices for the employees driving through Sun Pass Lanes, and found toll reciepts. The company is not taking responsibilties for thier actions or lies.
Please be aware. Take notes whe nyo udrop off your car, we did and found out the mileage and violations that occured under our names when we haven't had our car.
The enitre process from seeing the car, to financing, to service ws nothing but hassel, lies and false inforamtion.
If i could give negative stars I would.
