Mike did a great job for us. My company was audit July 2, 2010. we decided to have Mike present us After we consulted a couple of CAP/EA, none of them gave us a confidence except Mike.
Dealing with IRS, not only we need professional knowledge, but also good communication, mike has both. We explained our situation and our business model to mike, he instructed us how to organize our supporing decument for each item on tax return form, which saved us from big mess since our previous CAP didnt organzie our tax return file at all! He knows well how IRS audit step by step, and always let us prepare paperwork in advance. our audit procedure took 1 year, just last week we got noticed our tax return keeps same. I really appreciate what mike did to us. without his help, we can't survive from this nightmare. We diffinately recommend Mike to all people I know. Thank you Mike
