WARNING-THEY DO NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS!!!

My aluminum garage door with a powder coated wood finish has worn/oxidized and looks bad. Door is only 4 yrs old. I kindly called to see if they could come out and have a look. To my shock, the receptionist actually told me it wasn't their problem! I then asked how could that be, and she said it was the door manufacturer ( Didn't offer the name ) I asked who that was and she said " Northwest, you'll have to call them ( Still didn't offer a contact ! ) So I asked to speak with her manager, Marcus Guerrero at extension 2212. Left a message, and you know the rest...Crikets!!! This is one of those " Do people really do this!" moments.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!!
