Worst service possible! Stay away from Mesa!

Today is the 4th time Mesa has missed an appointment to install my garage door. They have blamed it on the Holidays, COVID, and door availability. The door is the most basic white door they have. If they can’t get my door, they can’t get yours. Mind you, they took a 50% deposit 2 months ago to install my door.
Not once have they called to tell me they weren’t going to make their appointment to install my door. Not once has anyone of authority apologized to me. Not once has any supervisor actually return a phone call as promised. The owner does not return phone calls.
You are much better off paying a few dollars more for a local installer who will value your business. With Mesa, you are a number. You are one of 200,000 or 300,000, depending on which advertisement is true, and nothing more. It is a wonder that they’ve been able to install that many doors with the worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time.
