I placed an order with this company on March 30, 2011 and requested 2 day air. By April 12, 2011 I finally found someone who could tell me what was going on. My stuff was on back order until the end of May and they didn't bother to let me know and couldn't even tell me what the problem was until the 12th. So naturally I cancelled my order and asked for a refund only to be told they couldn't refund my debit card and would have to issue a check. It is now a little more than 3 months and several calls later and I still have not received my money. I asked why they charged my card in the first place if they didn't have the product and was told it is company policy. I also asked how it was possible to continue to take orders by card but not possible to refund using the same system all they could say was they didn't know but they couldn't refund it that way. Now I can't even get the supervisor Taylor to call me back and every time I call he is no where to be found how convenient. This is really getting old. Worst company I have ever dealt with.
