Lousy Customer Service since day 1
My daughter moved into Trillium Heights in Silverdale, WA and ever since they moved in, they have dealt with really awful people. I work in the industry of property management myself for 11 years now and no way in heck would I ever treat my residents the way my daughter and son law were treated. The home they moved into was turned very poorly. Whenever they had a work order, they were either told, there was nothing that could be done, or it just never got completed... I wonder if this is why they don't do surveys to make sure residents are happy with their management team. Once they got rid of the old manager, they sent in a new one, who seemed to have her stuff together, but turns out, she is just as bad. When they got their orders, they were going to get charged for lease termination fee, which they ended up not doing because we showed the orders. We found a place in Bremerton, which ended up having pest control issues, so my son in law had to stay with a friend, and my daughter and the babies came to stay with me across the water. My son in law then found a place that was not in Bremerton, so they just took it. When they received their move out statement for their home they noticed the deposit of $200 they paid the new manager when they transferred earlier that year to, and found out that she took it upon herself to apply that deposit to their utility bill. They charged $120 for a standard clean, I seen the photos of the cleaning my daughter did, which looked great even though she could not move appliances, they still charged. Now when my residents move out, and they take the time to clean the home, not everyone can move appliances, we do not charge a full price clean, they made the effort, I reward them. I feel this company really doesn't care about their reputation, because when I called the Corporate Office, I still have not received a call back. The company I work for is BY FAR better than this company and all the others on the Silverlake side. So nice for people to take advantage, and I feel that manager should take off $200 off their move out charges because she took it upon herself to apply that money towards their utility bill and NOT the deposit that SHE KNEW it was supposed to go to. I am a professional, and I will not say the things that I would like to say to her. She is rude and very unprofessional.
