Absolutely love the atmosphere at this place, every single class is a high energy with all the trainers being positive.
I signed up with Groupon and have been hooked ever since. The trainers work with each first timer at a self-paced class.
They focus on your form in order to achieve the best results.
Every staff member is really helpful, there is one that goes above and beyond every time, Tony. You will always find Tony extremely helpful and up beat each class, and he makes every member feel welcomed.
Highly recommend the Willowbrook location.
