I had a bad experience with this company. The RV they rented to me had multiple issues including an ABS warning light, an Airbag warning light, and was not able to hold water until I repaired it. They did not have an alternate unit available in direct violation of their contract.
Company stopped accepting my calls, and does not return voice mails.
In all fairness, I must mention that the company did return my entire security deposit, as well as reimbursing me for the parts I purchased to repair the water system. The company however, did not reimburse me for the fuel spent executing the repair for them, nor would they return calls to ask why they did not reimburse.
Also, the drop off procedure is very strange. They ask you to drop the unit off when they are not there, and leave the keys in it. There is no inspection while you are present, and they have your deposit until they decide to check it.
Overall, this is a very scary place. I would highly recommend going to another business. The BBB rating shown on this site should be enough to indicate the problems you are likely to have here..
