Absolutely the worst! Was supposed to deliver Christmas flowers on the 12/24, never did, then sent an email on the 12/26 saying they could deliver on the 27th (maybe). When I called to complain ans ask for a manger, I was told he/she was out to lunch and they hung up on me! WOW. I would give a negative score but ... not available.
