I went in on January 2nd to Dreams Bridal to order a dress for my daughters quinceanera for may 23rd 2009. I gave Maria a deposit of 100.00 at that time. I also had the damas go in so they can get fitted. My event is only one week away and some of the dresses did not fit the damas and my daughters quince dress did not fit. On Thursday May 14th i went in to get fitted and my dress didnt fit and she wanted me to take my daughter in for her fitting again and she told my daughter and sister in law to come back in one hour and by the time they went back she was closed. This is not a very good business she never calls us to give me status. I have told her to return me the money so i can get the dresses before the event. I am not very happy i have been very stressed due to the fact that my event is in a week. When i call her she does not answer some of my calls. I really think that she shouldnt take orders of to many dresses if she cant have them ready. I gave her several months and i dont have no dress in my hands.
