I ordered some Rogaine from them, I live in Beijing China now. Their price did seem to be one of the cheapest, but the money has left my account now, goods still not received.
There is only one auto phone number on their website. This connects to a message which first asks you for your name, so they can announce your call. Then it rings and no-one answers, then it says you can leave message after the tone. Then it cuts off and says goodbye before you can leave message. I tried few times, same result. Few times I called after hours, but anyway they should fix their phone system so it does actually take messages. You hang on 30+ seconds while they say you will be able to leave a message, then it cuts off and doesnt let you leave one - there is no email contact given.
The delivery time to now is already much slower than other products i ordered from Canada and UK. Hope I get my product soon!
