I would like to make a complaint on custody hq due to the fact that I had a case with them that has not be resovled. I have canceled my case since they never replayed back to me in the past6 months which I paid them $1,O00 dollars to take my case. They sent me a letter in the mail which stated that they would pay me back all my money and take my case for free which would take an extra 10 weeks, or give me my money back and to take my case within 6-10 weeks and I yet have seen or heard from them about my money which has been past there time frame.
