In reviewing all of the Truslink posts’ we see the BBB complaint filed on 6.14.2010 was responded to on 7.8.2010, but the Trustlink post was never updated with that information or acknowledgment of receiving the product. Back at that time we sent you the United States Postal Service tracking information. We show your order was delivered on June 21, 2010:
“Debra W- - - -‘s June shipment was confirmed delivered by the United States Postal Service. [ Your item was delivered at 1:55 PM on June 21, 2010 in DEFUNIAK SPRINGS, FL 32433. ]
The USPS tracking number is: 9101 1480 0860 0881 1101 06 and can be verified at USPS.com.
All future shipments have been canceled.”
The auto delivery program is an opt-in only program. Customers have a full sixty days to customize or cancel future shipments. Customer service hours are M-F from 9-4 PST.
