We picked out a recliner to purchase, we were told there were 2 in stock. We paid for the recliners and when we picked them up and took them home, they were a different product. They sold us one product and gave us another. It took us several trips, phone calls and filing a complaint with the BBB of Asheville before we got a refund and we had to take the recliners back to the store, instead of the company picking them up. The management was rude and told us the owner was unavailable. The owner wouldn't return our calls until we filed with the BBB. The only reason I give this business 1 star is so you can read the real story!
