We were happy to get an honest estimate for the cost to repair a car (replace a few parts for the engine). We requested an additional quote to see what the difference would be if individual parts were replaced instead of a sub-assembly and the estimator printed us up a second quote. We were happy with their quotations - we did continue shopping around for more estimates.
