I wish there was a NO STAR rating for this company. I was reading through the BBB complaint database and I realized that I am not the only victim of Bank of Albuquerque. There was a fraudulent charge to one of my bank accounts after calling them and filling out the paperwork they sent me,then sending it back registered mail. They quickly put the money back into my account. I thought this was the end of the story boy was I wrong!!! A month later my account was debited $1500.00. This time I went to the branch in person and I was told that because I did not come into the branch to sign the paperwork they sent me the complaint was not valid and I still OWED THEM $400.00. The manager would not budge or listen to reason. So I just said bye to my hard earned money and left. Three months later I get a check from the bank of Albuquerque for $450.00 no explaination or reference number just a check. I was still out $1150.00 but I was grateful that I got a partial refund. I then get a notice from a collection agency saying I owe Bank of Albuquerque $1500. The moral of this story is: If you dont like dealing with thieves and dishonest people dont bank here
