The only reason I gave a 1 star is because no star was not an option!!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORER FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a ring for $90 off of this site, and it looked NOTHING like the picture online. I returned the ring THE DAY I received it on May 17th.
I made sure I read the return policy and made sure I did everything that was required. Well........ It is now July 21st and I STILL do not have my refund, I have called many times and every time ELLEN told me she had no information, when I asked to speak to
someone else she said "there is no one else". She would not give me the owners name, her managers name or even her last name. I was given an email that I emailed numerous times with no reply still. Every time I call customer service I get ELLEN and she is
rude and very unhelpful. This company is a total scam and nothing but thieves. I wish there were a way to put a stop to it but have no idea how to go about having them investigated. Totally ridiculous!!!!! Save yourself the grief and PLEASE BEWARE OORDERING
