WARNING!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I had placed an order with this company on Sunday. I even paid for 2-3 shipping, including tracking. It is now Thursday, and I sill do not have my items. I don't even have the tracking number. I called customer service, which by the way is impossible to get through to. I had to hit "sales" so that I can get a hold of someone. Clearly, that shows that they want your money, but not willing to help you with your order. Anyway, the woman I spoke to was very rude and unwilling to help me alleviate the situation. She tells me that she could not help me and that she will forward my message to "management" and they will contact me within 24 hours. Then, she hangs up on me because she couldn't help me with my order. Ok, so now I know that I will never receive my order. Who knows if anyone will contact me in return. In addition, I emailed customer service twice, and still no response. I've contacted my credit card company to dispute the charges. I am so highly upset. This company is a fraud. Do not order from this place. You will be very disappointed!
